At Roya Bloom, we believe that productivity shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being. That’s why we developed Morf’s Productivity Rhythm (MPR) — a new approach to working smarter, not harder. And now, we’re launching a real-life study to put this method to the test. You’re invited to be part of it.

What is Morf’s Productivity Rhythm (MPR)?

MPR is a practical framework designed to align your work, learning, and rest with your natural energy and attention cycles. It’s not just one method — it combines insights and elements from several well-known productivity strategies into one flexible and personal system.

The three core pillars of MPR are:

  • Learning Bursts: Short, focused sessions of learning or skill development.
  • Movement & Mindfulness: Physical activity and conscious breaks to recharge your body and mind.
  • Focused Work Cycles: Blocks of deep work during your peak productivity phases.

Instead of grinding through endless to-do lists, MPR encourages you to work with your body and brain — not against them.

Over the past years, our founder has used and refined MPR in his own life — balancing a demanding career, family life, and personal goals. Others who’ve tried the method report:

How the Study Works

The study will run for 6 months. If you choose to participate:

  • You’ll receive a starter booklet that explains how to apply MPR in your daily life.
  • Every month, you’ll complete a short feedback form to track how you’re doing.
  • Each participant will be given a unique ID number to keep responses organized and anonymous.

This isn’t a rigid experiment — it’s a flexible, real-world test. You decide how to adapt MPR to your life, your job, your energy. We simply want your honest feedback.

Anyone! We’re especially interested in hearing from a variety of life situations and professions:

  • Office workers and freelancers
